Register your NGO

Local and international NGOs working in Somaliland register with the Ministry of Planning and National Development (MoPND). Fill in your organization profile and create your NGO administrator account. Then verify your email, upload the required documents and submit the application for review.

How registration works

  • Constitution / by-laws
  • Board members list
  • Executive director's ID copy (with issue and expiry dates)
You upload them after creating the account, then submit the application. MoPND issues your registration certificate when the documents are verified.
