Barwaaqo Water Sector Database

The Unified Metadata & Mapping Database System for Water Sector Coordination is owned by the Ministry of Planning and National Development (MoPND) and the Ministry of Water Resources Development (MoWRD) of the Republic of Somaliland.

It keeps one national register of water points (following the WPDx standard) and of water projects from all partners, and checks new projects for overlap before approval.
